Zermatt

The family-run 4-star superior Wellness Hotel Alpenhof  is located in the centre of Zermatt, opposite the Sunnegga Cable Car Station and a 5-minute walk from the Gronergrat Railway.

The Wellness Hotel Alpenhof hotel has 5 floors and each room is equipped with a minibar, cable TV, free WiFi, a safety deposit box, a seating area, and a bathroom. Most rooms also have a balcony.

A diverse selection of gourmet menus and freshly prepared food is served at the restaurant. Local and international wines, as well as little snacks can be enjoyed in the new hotel lobby.

Guests can relax in the Spa area with natural light, a large indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, steam baths and a tropical shower. A beauty salon and relax rooms are available as well at the Wellness Alpenhof.

The refined smoking lounge, offers fine digestives, smoky whiskys and a selection of cigars. In winter, the piano bar is the perfect place to end the day sitting at the fireplace, enjoying a cocktail and listening to the pianist.

A free transfer from and to the Zermatt Train Station is available on the days of arrival and departure, respectively.

Wellness Hotel Alpenhof

As the first hotel ever built in Zermatt, the Monte Rosa is located right in the centre of the village and 400 metres from Zermatt Train Station. It combines the charm and style of a 150 years-old building with up-to-date luxury.

The Monte Rosa Boutique Hotel's tastefully furnished rooms and large suites are all individually styled and feature cable TV and a minibar.

Guests enjoy free access to the spa area and swimming pools of the 5-star hotel Mont Cervin, 500 metres away.

Edward's Scottish-style bar and café is well known for tasty coffee, fine cocktails and a wide range of selected drinks. In summer, guests can dine in the garden which offers views of the Matterhorn.

You can enjoy dine-around dinners in 13 partner restaurants or partner hotels around Zermatt. You can choose from a wide range of cuisines, including Swiss, Japanese, Italian and French.

Monte Rosa Boutique Hotel

Located in Zermatt and with Zermatt Railway Station reachable within 300 metres, SCHLOSS Zermatt - CBD & Adaptogenic Spa and Sport Hotel provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a terrace, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. A Turkish bath is available for guests. The accommodation features free shuttle service, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests.

Guest rooms at the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a safety deposit box. Each room comes with a coffee machine and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, while certain rooms include a kitchen equipped with a fridge. SCHLOSS Zermatt - CBD & Adaptogenic Spa and Sport Hotel

The Christiania Mountain & Spa is located next to Zermatt's underground funicular to the Sunnegga Ski Area, from where you can reach all the ski resorts in the area. Many rooms offer panoramic views of the Matterhorn, and free WiFi is available in the entire property.

The spa area at the Christiania includes a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a steam bath, an ice cave, and a 25-metre-long pool. It also offers panoramic views of the Matterhorn. In summer, there is a tennis court available free of charge.

A rich breakfast buffet is served every morning. In the evening, guests can enjoy a 4-course dinner.

Between 08:00 and 20:00, guests can take advantage of the free shuttle service to and from the train station of Zermatt.

The Christiania Mountain & Spa Resort

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes.

A rich buffet breakfast is served every morning.

Guests of Hotel Daniela enjoy free entry to the Gädi SPA (located in the Hotel Daniela - from 18 years) and Julen SPA (located in our sister Hotel Julen - 1 minute walking away).
